Courtney's Summer Challenge is BACK for 2012 with a 10-week challenge to keep you motivated to change mentally and physically.
Week 1 Challenge: 100 Push Ups!
Courtney knows it sounds daunting, but she knows you can do it! Take her advice and split them up. Try 10 in the morning and 10 at night for five days and you'll have reached this goal. If a traditional push up doesn't work for you, then try a modification that does.

I started yesterday with the challenge. Will be doing 10 morning and 10 evening for 5 days. I did my 20 yesterday and 10 so far today. My arms really needed this challenge.
