Natural Products Expo West 2011 Highlights

Natural Products Expo West, the world's largest natural, organic and healthy products trade show just took place March 10-12. This year, to help you pinpoint the best products on the market from over 3,000 exhibits, Christine Avanti has given viewers an insider's guide to her favorite trends in healthier living being introduced at Expo West 2011. Avanti is a healthy weight loss specialist for stars including Chelsea Handler, Jason Statham and Jeremy Piven

First off, Christine talks to the PopChips founder and CEO Keith Belling. He describes how they make PopChips so that they have half the fat of fried chips.

Next, Jillian Michaels talks about her love of So Delicious coconut milk, a new non-dairy product that's poised to give soy milk a run for its money. Christine also talks with the experts about the recent discovery of coconut by both the health food world and the beauty industry.

Christine Avanti is also the author of Skinny Chicks Don't Eat Salad.
