Could Cara be the new trainer on The Biggest Loser?

Some have speculated that Cara Castronova could be the new trainer on season 11 of The Biggest Loser. This is a 2006 showdown between the then current New York Golden Gloves Champion Cara Castronova of Team Freeform (yellow top) vs the former Champion Patricia Alsavar (blue top). They meet at the NY Golden Gloves quarter finals in 2006. Castronova was a rising star on the NY and National scene between 2003 and 2006. This bout with Alsavar was a high paced, competitive show down with neither girl backing down. Both showed guts and determination. Some have speculated that Cara Castronova could be the new trainer on season 11 of The Biggest Loser.
