You got a door, you got a gym! Or at least, that's what the commercial says. Jill and David of Fit Test Dummies try out a workout on the Tower 200 from Body by Jake. This product uses to resistance bands that you can attach a door to create an at-home gym. They first review the workout DVD that accompanies the machine. They demonstrate the lunge to punch, the alternating front raise, the front lunge to row repeater, the alternating squat to fly and more. The workout is just 11 minutes long, and will use muscles in every part of your body. Plus, they explain how to modify the work out depending if you want to look lean and toned or if you want to build muscle.
