Mark Pinhasovich Summarizes the Show

In Episode 7 of The Biggest Loser season 11, we see the fallout from Arthur Wornum's decision to rearrange the teams. This week's challenge involved the teams being tied together. Justin Pope took charge of the red team, and they succeeded in winning. Their prize was access to the gym, which the black team had to forgo for the week. Bob and Jillian rise to the challenge and get their team moving outside. Meanwhile, Rulon has a major emotional breakthrough by opening up to Cara (we can't help but think that Cara's boxing and Rulon's wrestling give them a deeper understanding of each other). Plus, Mark discusses the importance of emotional breakthroughs, and how that experience was for himself.
