It's a week full of dramatic surprises.

It's a dramatic and intense week at the Biggest Loser ranch. During episode five of season nine we see two teams return to vie for a position on the ranch, one contestant undergoes an emergency operation and there's no elimination meeting for the single eliminated contestant.
