Shay recaps episode 12, season 10 of The Biggest Loser.

By episode of 12, The Biggest Loser is down to the final four contestants. In season 10, the last four to compete for the grand prize are Ada, Elizabeth, Patrick and Frado. Shay discusses the experience of going home to show their friends and families their new selves at a reveal party. But that's not the end of it: at home the contestants must keep up their diet and exercise habits, plus the each ran a marathon. Now, it's up to viewers to vote for the third contestant.
