I am happy that Michelle and Heba, 2 Amys ,Renee lost 110 lbs in 28 weeks based on magazine article. Michelle's menus were in color and simple. I began those few menus. I would like to have the other menu plans that were used to achieve loosing 110 lbs in 28 weeks. Article stated Guaranteed results.
I began using those menus May 30, 2009 selecting the breakfast eggs menu.
