It's been a year since Amanda Arlauskas competed as a finalist in Biggest Loser 8. Today, she looks fit and healthy and says that her job as a motivational speaker holds her accountable. Watch now as Amanda took a break from her "tough, fun and challenging" week at the Biggest Loser Resort in Ivins, Utah to share some of her experience at the fitness destination, as well as what life is like after "Loser."
