In this video, Dr. Mike addresses some of the questions asked by vegetarians and those who need to follow a gluten-free diet. There are many options for people who are vegetarian and people with celiac disease or who follow a gluten-free diet for any other reason.

Protein is an important part of the 17 Day Diet, but there are lots of meat-free options for vegetarians. These include eggs, milk, yogurt, beans and cheese.

Those following a gluten-free diet can use gluten-free substitutes that are widely available in grocery stores in the recipes featured in The 17 Day Diet book.
