I am 51 years old. I want to get into shape. And I love music and writing. And I work for a college as a cashier!!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • maintain my weight
  • walk and run live healthy

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

since I was age 25 years old.

My favorite healthy food:

grilled vegetables

My guiltiest pleasure:

fast foods

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to being around a long time. And be able to walk without hurting.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • carry health snacks
  • drink lots of water
  • walk more each day

My favorite activity at the gym is:

jumping jacks
