  • Give up soda, lower my meat intake
  • eat more fruits and veggies
  • lose about 20 lbs

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I had my first child in 1997.

salad/cucumbers

My guiltiest pleasure:

pizza, ice cream

i love my kids, and want them to watch and learn.
