The goals I'm working toward:

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I quit smoking and my metabolism stopped working

My favorite healthy food:

apples, salads (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, etc), vegetables (most of them), fruits (pretty much every kind)

My guiltiest pleasure:

kraft mac & cheese, chocolate peanut butter fudge

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I'm tired of being unhealthy.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • drinking LOTS of water
  • taking supplements

My favorite activity at the gym is:

yoga, pilates
