I've been raised in a christian home and I love to sing and see myself happy. I am going through this weightloss to be happy and not as stressed out :) THINGS ARE CHANGING!!!
The goals I'm working toward:
- Being at My Goal Weight By My 21st Birthday
- Running in a 5K Race (Training for it Currently)
- Getting a Full Time Job and Be Able To Buy Healthy Food
- Fit into my wedding dress and look like a knockout :D
- Losing 33 Pounds
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
Ever since I was a teenager. I was overweight when I was younger and then I finally got the weight off by consistency and stress has led me back to where I was then. I'm getting myself back in shape!!
My favorite healthy food:
Fruit, Yogurt, Veggies, Healthy Strawberry Smoothies
My guiltiest pleasure:
MEXICAN FOOD, Cookie Dough Ice Cream, Strawberry Cheesecake, MD
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I want to be happy with the way I look. I want to fit in my wedding dress and look sexy in it. :)
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Exercise Daily
- Drinking Water Everyday
- Cutting Down Calories and Portioning Food
My favorite activity at the gym is:
Treadmill, Exercise Bike, Eliptical Machine
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- Losing 26 pounds so far. :)
- Maintaining a Healthy Mindset
- RUNNING ON THE TREADMILL
