I am a 60 year old female. I am 5ft-3in/ 180 lbs. I have high blood pressure with meds, under control. I would like to loose 30lbs.
The goals I'm working toward:
- Walking 3/5 days weekly
- Use my treadmill/ trampline
- Walk in the breast cancer walk in May
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
For 7 years
My favorite healthy food:
Fish, Veg, Whole Wheat Bread, Beans, Apples/ bananas/chicken
My guiltiest pleasure:
Chocolote
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I want to grow old with my husband. I want my kids/grand kids to devolope a healthy life style.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Stopped drinking soda's
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- My children/grandchildren
