About Me:

I am a very busy mother of 3 boys who plays many sports football, wrestling, track, and cross country. It is very hard to keep up with a good diet plan. I am also a nurse and work 40-50 hours a week and it is hard to prepare healthy meals in a short amount of time.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • to loose 20lbs
  • to loose 20-25lbs
  • to become more toned
  • to feel better about myself

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

My favorite healthy food:

i love veggies and fruits, fish, chicken

My guiltiest pleasure:

diet soda

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

i want to be sexy for my husband and wear sexy clothing without feeling uncomfortable

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • drink water and less soda
  • start excersizing
  • try to eat better

My favorite activity at the gym is:

i am not sure at this point in time
i do like plyometrics

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • running in a 5k with only a couple of practices
  • watching my children grow in to young respectable men
