brussel sprouts

My guiltiest pleasure:

Frys & pasta

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

my family has a history of diabetes and i want that cycle to end with me.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • no more soda water instead
  • park far away from the store and walk.
  • try not to eat greasy food

My favorite activity at the gym is:

i dont go to the gym i workout at home with my exercise ball.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • losing 20lbs and keeping it off.
