I want to feel confident about my body image. I want to rid myself of back pain and I want feel healthy and energized daily.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Stop drinking soda and juice. Have 1-2 acoholic berverages a week
  • Carry healthy snacks with me

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Walking

  • Earning a Master's Degree
