pasta, bread and rice

hard rolls, bagels, and pizza

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be able to feel comfortable about myself

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • stopped drinking regular sodas
  • working out at home for 30 mins

My favorite activity at the gym is:

cardio and total body
