I am a 50 year old mom and grandmother with a desire to get back into a healthier, lighter physical self.
The goals I'm working toward:
- Losing 150 lbs
- being able to walk a mile a day
- maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
the year 1985, when i was injured on the job. I began to gain pounds very easily and rapidly.
My favorite healthy food:
yogurt and or granola snacks.
My guiltiest pleasure:
is Taco Bell.
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I am a grandmother and i am now 50 years old.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- positive affirmations.
- healthy like minded people
- keeping my mind busy on other things after a meal.
My favorite activity at the gym is:
I am not a part of a gym, yet.
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- My children
- My grandchildren
- My ability to learn new things in life.
