The goals I'm working toward:
- losing 20lbs,by end of summer 2011
- let my hair grow longer.
- walk more/use 5lbs barbells/strech more
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
My favorite healthy food:
Vegetables of any type,dried beans,non-dairy milk,wild fish only
My guiltiest pleasure:
very small portions(1oz)high content cocoa chocolate,sea salt & vinegars chips.
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
Being healthy as I age,without Rx. Being limber/flexible/strong.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- No corn syrups,sugar,juices,soda,white flour,rice,bread,pasta,e
- only drink water,use dried healthy fruit for sweet tooth,
- small portions,by using smaller bowls,plates(flat saucer,or salad plate.
- eat plain celery,low fat nuts for crunch cravings
