I'm a 23 year old mother of two small children who is finding ways to prepare all of our meals at home and work towards my weight-loss goals in 2010!
The goals I'm working toward:
- Losing my last 25 lbs.
- Running a 1/2 marathon
- Teaching my children to be active and eat healthy
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
After I had my first daughter. It's tough to balance being a mom and focusing on my own goals but I know by involving my family in what I'm working towards these goals are attainable!

Home baked treats! I have a passion for baking so I'm trying to learn new ways to enjoy my time in the kitchen without the guilt of indulgent treats.
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I want to feel like a more healthy and beautiful version of myself and I want to boost my energy so taking care of my children is a joy rather than something that wears me down each day!
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Drinking water - I don't like alcohol or soda of any kind!
- Preparing Dinners at home
- Taking Spin classes at my gym twice a week.
My favorite activity at the gym is:
Any group fitness class!
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- My small businesses as a photographer.
- My beautiful children.
