About Me:

I have pcos, I'm a diet addict , in the sense that I read a lot of diet books, at this point I'm so far down the wrong path and my hormones are so messed up that I don't even follow them, I just like reading them.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • motivating myself to lose weight
  • getting my pcos under control
  • having a baby (I suffer from infertility)

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

since I was a little girl so I guess forever

My favorite healthy food:

flavorful hard as a rock nectarines

My guiltiest pleasure:

ice cream

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I'm not sure that I am but when I do feel inspired it is because its the only way that I can totally get rid of my pcos

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • walking
  • biking
  • no soda
  • positive self talk

My favorite activity at the gym is:

I don't go to the gym and I never enjoyed it when I used to go

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • getting a bike 2 weeks ago and gradually working myself up on it
