Need the toolson how to life a healther life. Exercise and year to year goals i can make for myself. At 42 I feel my energy is very low.

The goals I'm working toward:

want to watch my kids grow up
I no longer want to be dependent on medications
I want to wear a sexy dress
I want to grow old with my husband
