The goals I'm working toward:

  • Lose 80 pounds.
  • Be a good example for my kids.
  • Give up soda and sweets.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

increasingly over the past 10 years.

My favorite healthy food:

fresh fruit - especially melon.

My guiltiest pleasure:

sugary beverages

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

my husband passed away and I want to be here to give my kids the support they need now and later.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • parking far from my destination.
  • drinking more water.

  • my children!
