I am on the weight lose journey of my life. I am currently at 93.8 pounds lost and working on losing every day!
The goals I'm working toward:
- 20 pounds by August 31st!
- Staying at 1300 calories a day!
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
I never felt comfortable with my weight! But after posting a weight over 300 pounds I felt even worse! After high school I started a long road up hill and now I'm on my way back down it!
My favorite healthy food:
Grilled chicken and mushrooms
Greek yogurt & granola
whole wheat english muffin w/ peanut butter
roasted peppers & garlic
My guiltiest pleasure:
popcorn
coffee
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
* I want to be a role model for my family
* I want my blood pressure under control
* I want to have more children
* I want to run in a race
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Zumba
- Water
- meal planning
My favorite activity at the gym is:
Zumba, Body Combat, & Body Pump!
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- 93 pounds lost in a year!
- Earning my college degree
- Being baptized!
