vegetables, yogurt

My guiltiest pleasure:

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I no longer want to be dependent on medications

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Eliminate junk foods
  • Stop eating fast foods
  • changing how I think about food

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Raising 2 children who have become exceptional adults
  • Earning a college degree at the age of 52
