Avocados! Yogurt and apples and peanut butter.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Ice cream..sour patch kids

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Cutting out sugar (mostly)
  • Drinking only water and tea

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Too many to choose! I love TRX, Spinning, Running, Yoga and Weights.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Finishing a half marathon in under 2 hours last summer
