UNABLE TO WORKOUT THIS YEAR DUE TO CERVICAL HERNIATIONS BUT WITH NERVE BLOCK SHOTS AND PHYSICAL THERAPY AND ACCUPUNTURE I MIGHT BE ABLE TO SOON
