Really since about 2007, but mostly since last summer when my clothes stopped fitting.

Egg whites, watermelon, berries

Bacon!
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I want my clothes to fit again, and to like what I see in the mirror. I just feel good when I live healthy.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- Increase protein intake
- Chew gum when I feel like eating but shouldn't
- Wearing my BodyBugg
My favorite activity at the gym is:
Elliptical
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- My Master's degree
- Completing a Sprint Triathlon
- Thinking to the future, finishing the Insanity program
