About Me:

hello I am 5'4 and weigh in at 105 pounds and am 34 and healthy also I felt I was under weight but been told by my doctor that its just my bodys chemistry. I run track and field in spring and summer and go down to 95 pounds during training season and competition and still doctors tell me I am okay at that weight because its due to being active.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • giving up soda
  • eat more fatty foods
  • gain a little weight

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to see my son grow up and meet my grandkids when he has them

My favorite activity at the gym is:

swimming
