  • 90 lb wt loss, 2016 Ironman, 65 mile mtn bike race, 34" waist
  • & wash board abs!

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

soon after getting out of the Army, my wt crept up from 165 to my heaviest at 280lb.

My favorite healthy food:

Caesar salads

My guiltiest pleasure:

Butter pecan ice cream

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to out perform young people (& feel good)

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • wt training, drinking water, quitting cokes
  • eating small meals and often (every 2-3 hrs)

My favorite activity at the gym is:

leg work outs

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • losing 65lb in seven months
