pretty clothes, and feeling great.

About 2 years.Time flies and excuses are always out there.
I need to face it and get over it.Nobody is going to make this happen but ME!

My favorite healthy food:

Spinach salad with onions,mushrooms, and a whole lemon squeezed over it...toss in some salt..its perfect..this can be gotten anywhere.

My guiltiest pleasure:

chocolate

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

Healthy body..good back...and a hip replacement that remains in good shape...I want to hike again!
