I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I was relatively athletic until the birth of my child, since that time I struggled with my weight. My family has also over-weight history. When I have been 198 pounds, I took a decision to make a changes. For over two years, I tried to drop my pounds, the perfect solution came from my husband via FBF, which helped me to achieve 155 pounds. Now I am very glad that I achieve my weight goals, feel happy and more energetic. Now I am helping blind people with over-weight problem to drop their pounds and it is very challenging but the same time a lot of fun.

Chocolate

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Daily exercise at home
