What is the 17 Day Diet?
Cycle four of the 17 Day Diet works to keep you at your goal weight through a program of eating that lets you enjoy your favorite foods on weekends, while eating healthfully during the week. This is the maintenance stage of the diet, but you can feel free to return to any of the earlier cycles if you want to drop a few more pounds.
