posted Oct 8th, 2011 9:59 amJeanette- I am also lactose intolerant. If youre loiking for a substitute, go with an 8 oz glass of Smart Balance lactose free fat free milk with omega3s. Its great and it gives the neccessary nutrition you need for the day without the trip to the bathroom lol

I think this diet is the greatest. Unfortunately, I had 2 weddings to go to (I know that is no excuse) so I went off it and now I find it hard to get back on it. What can I do besides look in the mirror?

The problem with all these so called diets have on flaw!! they do not take into account that people like me with SEAFOOD allergies! Your diet plan could kill some one with allergies. Diets should have options. I was consdering the 17 day plan, but unable to use your diet plan as written.
