Strength Training Without Weights

This type of push up primarily works the triceps. The only difference with these is your grip. Both index fingers should be touching and both thumbs should be touching. If you’re doing it correctly, you’ll make a diamond shape with your hands. Lower yourself just like you do in the regular pushup format. Other muscles being used include the upper back, shoulders, and core.
