Sexy Summer Abs Circuit Workout

Begin in a full plank (the top of a push up position), with your hands under your shoulders and abs drawn in tight. Bring your right leg under your left, turning your hips as you reach your leg though to the left, and tap the outside of your right foot on the floor. Draw your leg back to your start position and repeat with the left leg. Do 10 reps in total, switching legs each time.
