Saturday Morning Drills: Yoga for Holiday Stress Relief
We'll start with a little meditation in order to get the muscles and mind relaxed. Sit in a place where you feel comfortable - in a chair or flat on the floor. Cross your legs one over the other and place your hands on your knees with palms facing upward. Close your eyes and take deep breaths in and out for about two minutes. Make sure your posture is proper by keeping your back straight and your shoulders rounded back. Do not slouch. Hold this pose for as long as you need.
