Saturday Morning Drills: Weightless Arm Workout

Complete these simple triceps dips by getting in a "crab" position with feet and hands facing in the same direction and holding your body up off the ground. Then lower your body down and lift one leg and engage your triceps. Then raise back up, switch legs and repeat. This is two full reps - complete a total of 20.
