Saturday Morning Drills: Weightless Arm Workout
This move looks simple but 30 seconds in and it becomes quite difficult. Push through to 1-2 minutes to achieve even greater tone.
Simply hold your arms out beside you and rotate forward in small circles for 1 minute. Then, reverse and complete for 1 more minute. Keep your arms as straight out as possible even when you start to feel gravity pushing down. This is when you're working the hardest. Remember to breathe throughout.Next Slide 1 / 7
