Saturday Morning Drills: Weightless Arm Workout

Boxing is great for getting your heart rate up and burning calories, and the jab is the perfect boxing move to do those two things plus tone your arms.

Simply situate your legs one in front of the other and bend your knees slightly. Then raise your arms up in front of you with elbows bent and hands rolled into fists (protecting your face). Then jab one arm out directly in front of you with force. Pull that arm back in and immediately jab out your other arm. Each two-punch motion is one rep - complete a total of 40, breathing out with each jab.
