Saturday Morning Drills: Stretches for Runners

If you've ever played hacky sack, then you know how to do this dynamic stretch. Simply stand with both feet flat, then raise your left leg up toward your groin and tap it to your right hand. Do this for 30 counts then switch legs and repeat.
