Saturday Morning Drills: Stretches for Runners

Butt kicks are a great dynamic stretch to get your blood pumping and heart rate up before a workout. Simply hop from one foot to the other, kicking your heel toward your butt while traveling forward with each step. Do this active stretch for a total of 60 seconds.
