Saturday Morning Drills: Jump Rope It
Next perform alternating or "skip" jump roping for 60 seconds.
The primary things to remember here are keeping your hands as close to your hips as possible, breathing throughout the entire exercise, and raising your knees up as close to your chest as possible as you alternate legs as if you were running in place.
