Saturday Morning Drills: Full Fitness Fusion

Stand with your feet hip width apart and bend over at your hips, placing your hands on the ground in front of your feet. Distribute your weight equally between your hands and feet. Bring your right hand and left foot forward then bring your left hand and right foot forward. Continue walking on all fours for 1 full minute (to increase the intensity go faster).
