Saturday Morning Drills: Full Fitness Fusion

Balance on your left leg and bring your right leg back, bending forward until your right leg and chest are parallel to ground (be sure to keep a flat back and concentrate on keeping your abs tight). Extend arms out to the side in airplane pose. Hold the pose for 30 to 60 seconds. Switch legs and repeat.
