Saturday Morning Drills: 7 Moves to Amazing Abs

Lying flat on your back, slice your hands slightly under your bottom and lift your legs up so they're at a 90 degree angle with the ground. Then, split your legs and drop one down toward the ground, going as low as your abs can support. Remember, rely on your abs in this move and not your back, which can lead to injury. Each scissor is 1 rep - complete a total of 20.
