Saturday Morning Drills: 7 Moves to Amazing Abs

The "row your boat" is simple to master and will engage all areas of your abdominals. Start by sitting on your bottom and then lifting your feet up off the ground. This alone requires your abs to engage to balance your body weight. Then, clasp your hands together and tap your fingers on one side of ground beside you and then repeat on the other side. This should emulate a "rowing" motion. A tap on each side is 1 rep. Complete a total of 40.
