Saturday Morning Drill: Zombie Apocalypse Workout

Being chased by a zombie or somebody in want of your food supply? Worry not - you've been practicing your stair climbing to dart away from anything in hot pursuit.

You can easily climb stairs on the stair mill at the gym, or you can find a nearby high rise or stadium to climb steps. Try and climb non-stop for 5 minutes - your legs will be on fire!
